Many international students study in Mexico because they want to
interact and meet local students, yet want to participate in classes
taught in English because they have not mastered the Spanish

taught in English and have the credits applied to your college degree
back home.

If you decide to take a course instructed in English, but are not a
native English speaker, you should submit either a TOEFL (Test of
English as a Foreign Language) score of at least 550 (213 on the
computer-based TOEFL) or a IELTS (International English Language
Testing System) score of 6.5 to the International Programs Office.
