Note: Acceptance of registration after May 31 will depend on space and an extra 20% will be charged.

Registration fees: Full registration fees will cover attendance at the conference sessions, CDROM of Conference Proceedings, delegate bag, coffee breaks, 5 lunches, a Welcome reception and the Conference dinner.

Refund/Cancellation Policies: 50% of registration will be refunded for cancellations made before May 31, 2008. After this date there will be no refunds. An e-mail request should be sent to the local organizers in case of cancellation.

Registration form: There are two different registration forms, depending whether you want a Mexican invoice or not:

  • General Registration: Please use Registration Form 1 if you are not a Mexican citizen or do not need a Mexican invoice.
  • Specific Mexican Registration: Please use Registration Form 2 if you
are a Mexican citizen and need an invoice.

Payment: Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or local deposit. Please bring your registration form and copy of your payment receipt to the conference. You can see the payment form here.
